Be Well for Life

Our Mission

“To enhance the health, well-being and quality of life of Brooks’ employees by empowering individuals to promote and model positive attitudes and behaviors through a lifelong commitment to wellness."

We strive to help all employees improve and understand their health through activities designed around five key areas: Prevention, Nutrition, Stress Management, Financial Wellness, and Physical Activity.

2021 Healthiest Company Platinum Award Winner

Our Employee Well-Being Program continues to receive the First Coast Healthiest Company Platinum level award.

The program demonstrates a best-in-class program and a culture of health throughout our organization.

Program Highlights and Incentives

Be Well for Life Because You Matter is the Brooks Rehabilitation Employee Wellness Program Campaign.

Be Well For Life means not only being healthy at Brooks, but at home and any other place you spend time. It means building and developing healthy habits for the rest of your life.

Because You Matter signifies that this program is for our organization, we work hard to ensure it is personalized to your needs and improve the well-being for all employees.

Rally is Blue Cross Blue Shield’s well-being program portal and is available to employees and spouses who enroll in a Brooks health plan at no cost.

Enrolled employees can earn a maximum of $100 during the plan year by completing activities. These incentives can then be claimed in the Rally Mall.

Biometric Screenings

Biometric screenings are short health examinations that can help determine the risk level a person might have for certain diseases and medical conditions and help establish a health baseline.

Biometric screenings take about 15 – 30 minutes and consist of a blood draw (with a finger stick) to test for cholesterol and glucose, in addition to blood pressure readings and a BMI test.

Please contact HR and we will work with you (or if you wish, your doctor) to find you an alternative. All incentives are subject to taxation.
