Last updated: September 23, 2019
Answer
You, Brooks Rehabilitation or others can contribute to your HSA account through payroll deductions or as a lump sum deposit. You can contribute as often as you like, provided the total contributions to your HSA for 2019 do not exceed $3,500 ($3,550 for 2020) if you have single HDHP coverage or $7,000 ($7,100 for 2020) if you have family HDHP coverage. Individuals who are ages 55 or older are eligible to make catch-up contributions up to $1,000.
