If you are a full-time or part-time employee working 20 hours per week, you are eligible for benefits.

Dependents

Your eligible dependents include:

• Your spouse
• You or your spouse’s children
• For MEDICAL, DENTAL and VISION, your children can be covered until the end of the calendar year they turn 26.
  • Child life insurance eligibility ends when the child turns 19 years old.
