A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows you to set aside money on a pre-tax basis for expenses not covered under a traditional medical, dental or vision plan.
Common expenses include copays, deductibles, orthodontics, hearing aids, laser eye surgery, eye glasses, infertility treatment, medical equipment and over-the-counter drugs.
Brooks offers 3 types of FSAs for you to choose from:
Health Care FSA
Available to employees who do not enroll in the Brooks FL Blue Medical plan. This plan allows for an annual contribution amount of $120-$2,500.
Limited FSA
Available to employees enrolled in the health plan that want to save for ONLY dental and vision expenses. This plan allows for an annual contribution amount of $120-$2,500.
Dependent Care
Available to employees for dependent care expenses - applicable for children up to the age of 13, as well as for qualified elder-care. The annual contribution amount can range from $120 - $5,000 and depends on your tax filing status.

Starting January 1, 2021 you will be able to access your Flexible Spending Account directly through https://benefits.plansource.com or by downloading the mobile app, Spending Account Service Center. Through the mobile app you can view activity, track expenses, make payments, and file claims.
